Kuki Learning is the product of the passion of two Cook Islanders who are passionate about sharing their language. Kuki Learning offers fun free videos for anyone interested in learning Cook Island Māori.
Kuki Learning had an idea for a new way of learning the language – playing cards! Each card would have a Māori word or phrase for easy learning during play.
In addition to the numbered cards, the deck was to include two jokers. And who better than the two founders! Fun illustrations of their smiling mugs were created.
The project included the creation of a tuckbox to package the cards.
