Community resources hub by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander for their mob

For Our Mob is an informational hub for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of North Sydney. As such, they came to Yirra Miya with an idea – to create a visual hub illustration that would act as a full page menu on their new website.
The first challenge was to take Yirra Miya’s illustrations and create a full-page, mobile-friendly menu. For sake of SEO, we added written content that sat under the navigation, but all other content is navigated through the visual hub on the home page.
The website’s primary purpose was to make community resources easy to find and access. We created this through an interactive directory so users could find the services they wanted. Each service has its own SEO-friendly listing and is organised by tabs to make navigation simple.
