We talk about your business, your goals, and what you need from your website. No obligation. This is where we both figure out whether I’m the right person for your project.
I build your site in a staging environment so you can see it taking shape. Regular check-ins at key milestones — nothing goes sideways without you knowing.
I send you a written proposal: what I’ll build, what’s included, timeline, and price. No surprises later. You approve the scope before any work starts.
You review the completed site and we work through your feedback. Two rounds of revisions are included in every project.
Once the content is in, I develop the structure and visual direction for your site, i.e. how pages will flow, how information will be presented, and how the design will reflect your brand. You review and give feedback before I start building. This alignment stage exists so that when construction begins, we’re moving in one direction together, not doubling back.
I handle the technical side of launch — DNS, SSL, redirects, final checks. You get a handover walkthrough so you can manage content yourself after launch.
I don’t disappear after launch. Post-launch support is included for 30 days. Ongoing care available through a Website Care Plan.
