Marilyn Austin has a powerful, vibrant painting style. Many layers of acrylic paint are used in the works and then acrylic glazes are applied to give the rich vibrant depth of colour. Marilyn approached me about creating a website that was as rich and vibrant as the work she created.
The website was created in a minimalist format with colours being primarily black and white so the strength of Marilyn’s artwork could shine through. It was important to Marilyn that work could be filtered by availability, so we organised her galleries accordingly. Large images allow Marilyn’s artwork to speak for itself.
