The Client

IALEC is a First Nations-governed organisation, leading the way in embedding lived and living experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices of suicide into mental health, suicide prevention, and social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) initiatives across Australia.

IALEC contacted our partners at Yirra Miya about a website that would reflect their new branding and autonomy in the field. They wanted a website that would provide sensitive information in a way that would resonate with the First Nations community.

Animated Impact Statement

IALEC’s impact is impressive. Rolling numbers allowed us to highlight the difference their organisation makes to their community.

Quick Escape Button

A sticky ‘Quick Escape’ is always available on-screen to protect the vulnerable. A simple click will immediately take them off the site to protect their privacy.

Indigenous Theming

IALEC takes pride in its First Nations voices, and wanted their website to reflect that. The client provided graphically designed Indigenous elements that were worked throughout the site.
