Assett Group Services services the Social Housing sector exclusively in Australia. Assett’s previous website was outdated and in need of a make-over. Assett’s mission was to raise their corporate profile to better position themselves as serious competitors in the Social Housing services market.
Assett Group Services provides refurbishing, remediation and maintenance services. They are unique in that they offer this service exclusively to the Social Housing sector. They specialise in a personalised approach that shows respect for the tenant and care for the community.
Assett needed a website identity that would reflect their core values and identity as a “People Business”.
Industries that service Social Housing don’t only need to have professionalism and skills. They also need to work well with the tenants who are the clients of Social Housing. Few providers in the industry are able to deliver that extra secret sauce.
Asset wanted their website to show that they were both professional AND personable, that they deliver quality work in a way that is respectful and considerate of the people who live in the facilities they service.
Special emphasis was placed on the people of the organisation, with good photography showing the team engaging with their clients and the community.
While presenting a friendly face, it was vital that Assett Group Services were shown to be the skilled professionals they are. Website copy was written specifically for their target audience by Bid Strategist Jordan Kelley. The business’ capabilities were broken down into salient facts on the home page, and presented more fully on the Capability and Why Assett pages.

Our recent webpage revamp was designed by Barbi. The result was greater than expected. Barbi is great to deal with and extremely patient, especially when it comes to a client who keeps changing their mind – like us. Great communication backed up by a great design.
