What can I say? I have talented clients!
I was delighted when one of my long-standing clients asked me to illustrate a book of stories that he had written for his kids. I was even more delighted when I read the manuscript! Nessie Tales is a hilarious collection of stories of the antics and adventures of Scotland’s favourite monster – the intrepid but well-meaning Nessie, along with his friends, Jock the Haggis and Finlay the fish.
I was able to let my creativity and sense of humour out to play! Illustrations began with hand-drawn sketches, which were then scanned and digitised in Adobe Illustrator.
The final story layout was done in Adobe Indesign and delivered in print-ready format.
